The man, who police said was in his 20s, was stopped in Farnell Street on Friday night.
Police allege he had a shortened stick jammed in beside the driver’s seat, and another with nails and wire embedded in it under the driver’s seat of the vehicle. He was charged, to face Forbes Local Court.
A 24-year-old man was taken into custody after being arrested on outstanding warrants.
Police allege a search on Thursday morning revealed a replica pistol and live ammunition, as well as a knife.
The man was taken into police custody.
A 56-year-old man will also face court after being found driving while his license is suspended.
Police said the man was stopped by police on Friday night, his vehicle was unregistered and uninsured.
In State-wide news, drivers caught using their mobile phones will now be penalised five demerit points.
The penalty was lifted by one demerit point as of Monday.
