Veteran golfers are reminded that daylight saving tee off times are now in play. The ever popular Tuesday's comp will now have a 9am ball toss for playing partners while the Thursday Forbes/Parkes 12 holes will be noms from 9.30am for a 10am tee off.

With the welcome rains of around an inch last Thursday there was no play here in Forbes. This week we head to Parkes for 12 holes while on Thursday week we're off to the pleasant pastures and hospitality of Condobolin for 18 holes.
Last Tuesday Garry Collits led the scoring with 33 points from Vince Aitken and Neil Herbert next best on 32 points. There were 17 starters last week, more are expected today to enjoy a course which will show the benefits of recent fertiliser works and rain.
