The program, running this week in Corinella and Trundle, brings speakers to rural communities once a year to share their experiences and their insight into health and wellbeing.
It’s also an opportunity for neighbours to connect over a cuppa and get practical tips to look after themselves within a busy farming lifestyle.
Grease and Oil Change is coming to Trundle’s Golf Club on Thursday, from 9am to lunchtime, then to the Old Corinella School on Friday from 9am to lunchtime.
This year’s guest speakers will be looking at resilience, good mental health, and reaching your optimal health potential.
There will also be workshops on fun physical exercise, the latest apps, farm safety and more.
Morning tea and lunch are included and rural community members are urged to come along.
