A meet-the-candidates function is on at the Forbes Services Memorial Club from 7pm.
The Advocate understands that all candidates have indicated they will be present at tonight's function.
They will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and address the audience, then organisers hope to offer audience members the chance to ask questions.
Candidates for our electorate, in order of the ballot draw, are:
1 Garry McMahon (Conservatives)
2 Kate Hazelton (Nationals)
3 Maurice Davey (Christian Democrats)
4 Terri Ann Baxter (Independent)
5 David O'Brien (Keep Sydney Open)
6 Luke Sanger (Country Labor)
7 Stephen Nugent (Greens)
8 Stephen Bisgrove (Liberal Democrats)
9 Phil Donato (Shooters, Fishers, Farmers).
Pre-polling in the March 23 election opens at Forbes Town Hall on Monday March 16 (apologies to our print readers, we got a week ahead of ourselves).
NSW Election Pre-Polling is available from March 16 - March 22 at the Forbes Town Hall.
Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 8am - 6pm
Thurs 8am - 8pm
Saturday 9am - 5pm
On election day, March 23, voting can be made between 8am - 6pm at the following locations:
Bedgerabong Public School
Forbes High School
Forbes Tennis Club
Forbes Town Hall.
