The Forbes Netball Saturday Junior Mixed competition will start on Saturday, with a Come and Try Day for all players returning and new players trying netball for the first time.

The Come and Try Day will run from 10 am till 12 noon, with a free sausage sizzle at the end of the games. Players under 15 years will play a game during the morning.
NetSetGo will be played on the sealed courts that have been modified for juniors while the new junior courts are being built.
Boys and girls will be able to complete the form to play with a friend in the competition.
Help will be given to register boys and girls who will be playing on Saturdays, and everyone will be able to see the new uniforms.
Australian goal shooter Susan Pettitt will be visiting Forbes on Sunday March 17 to conduct two coaching sessions for boys and girls.
A General skills clinic will be held from 9 am till 11 am and a Goal Shooting Academy Program will be held from 11 am till 1 pm.
The general skills clinic will give players new skills and drills for netball, including footwork, ball work, attacking, defence and fun.

A Boys Gala Day will be held on Friday March 22, from 3-30 pm till 6 pm.
The Gala Day will be free to all boys participating, and they will also all receive a free netball.
If possible to help organise the day, boys are asked to please email secretary.forbesnetball@gmail.com to inform the netball committee that they are coming.
Boys from NetSetGo to under 15 can join the girls in the Saturday Junior Mixed competition.
The Saturday Competition has had a make over and will now be called to Saturday Junior Mixed competition for all boys and girls aged under 15.
Saturday March 23 is the Mixed Gala Day for boys and girls aged nine to 15, from 10 am till 12 noon.
This will be the start of the Saturday Junior Mixed competition, and anyone who has not received information, may collect it at the office.
Teams will be formed after the Gala Day, and all players will need to have completed a “Friend form”.
Dates for the Saturday Junior Mixed competition will be held during terms 1 and 2, with semi finals and finals to be played at the end of June over two Saturdays.
