Forbes Handicraft Centre and Forbes Neighbourhood Central were two local groups to cook up a storm and have a cuppa for cancer.
Neighbourhood Central held their event last week and raised $641, through morning tea, a raffle and 100-club.
The organisation's Kelly De Grande described it as a very big success, one they could not have achieved without their amazing volunteers.
Last year the Cancer Council's Biggest Morning Tea raised $11.9 million and all funds raised go towards cancer research, prevention, information and support and advocacy services.
