Organisers said festival-goers can be sure the first installment of this festival will be huge!

The main event on Saturday, July 13 will include local bands, a sausage sandwich eating contest and a Bogan fashions in the field, culminating in the inaugural crowning of the Best Dazza and Shazza and Bogan King and Queen.

A 'sponsors and volunteers only day' will be held on Sunday, July 14 and includes the Bogan Bucket golf tournament for those awake.

A percentage of the proceeds from the festival is helping to raise funds for Currajong Disability Services and the Bogan Gate community.
