Started in 2017 Grazing Down the Lachlan attracted 700 people for the first long lunch growing to 850 in 2018.
This year's event will be held on Saturday, September 21 from 11am until 6pm with a Meet Your Makers Q and A on Friday, September 20.
Buses from Forbes depart from Victoria Park but are filling fast.
The 11am departure and 12 noon departure buses have both sold out.
Bookings are still available for the buses leaving at 11.30am and 12.30pm.

Meet Your Makers Q&A on Friday, September 20 has had a makeover.
Now held at SYLO Bar it starts at 6pm, it's a true Q&A where you get to ask the burning questions.
Creative director O Tama Carey will be on the couch with a few of the growers, movers and shakers.
Tickets for Meet Your Makers are $35 each which includes dinner.
Only 80 tickets are available.
Drinks will available for purchase from the bar.
The one hour Q&A session begins at 7.45 followed by dinner.

Despite being a new event on the regional tourism calendar the event is already receiving high praise and will find out later this month if it is an award winner at the Regional Tourism Awards for Destination Country and Outback, held annually to acknowledge excellence in tourism in regional NSW.
Grazing is a finalist in the Festivals and Events category, alongside Bathurst Winter Festival (Bathurst), Deni Ute Muster (Deniliquin), Field to Forest Festival (Oberon), Tamworth Country Music Festival (Tamworth) and Trundle ABBA Festival (Trundle).
Consisting of seven food stations, guests at Grazing Down the Lachlan, will be treated to another extraordinary experience.
