The workshops are filling fast with only a few spots remaining for the afternoon and morning courses.
This course is suitable for trainees, apprentices, front counter, all customer service staff and business managers/owners/supervisors.
The workshops will assist individuals to develop practices and processes that provide exceptional customer experience, create brand ambassadors for Forbes businesses and as a destination and to nurture and embrace the development of a vibrant, economically prosperous and sustainable regional community.
Nick Jacobs will be the trainer for the workshops. He has been in the Tourism, Retail and Hospitality industry for 29 years.
Nick works as a consultant to the Hospitality Industry providing consulting service to operators on enhancing customer and guest experience, managing and increasing yield, managing online reputation, maximising revenue opportunities, embracing operational efficiencies and grow profitability.
The workshops are split into two courses on August 13, with course one running from 9am to 12pm and course two running from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.
