Locals have shown the best of their talents in the pavilion sections, with wonderful displays of cooking, photography, art and craft.
Dairy cattle were on parade and the local pony club kids showed off their skills in the centre ring, alongside a competitive showjumping event.
Chainsaw sculptor Rob Bast was busy creating and had a steady stream of people admiring his work as he created an eagle and a horse head.
The fun continues Friday night - although the weather is certainly changing out there - with fireworks scheduled for 8pm.
While Saturday might be cooler, there's no further rain expected and there's an even busier schedule of events planned.
