At The Star Casino in Sydney, the business was not only named Australian Clinic of the Year and NSW Clinic of the Year, but founder and former Forbes resident Rebecca Miller, was also awarded Best Business Leader/Director of the Year.
It was a surreal moment winning all three awards for Rebecca and her business partner Jess Galvin, who were surrounded by their team.
They said being recognised at the prestigious awards was a magical moment they will never forget.
"Being a business leader is a privilege," Rebecca said in her business leader acceptance speech.
Rebecca paid tribute to the La Bella team, thanking them for believing in her and being part of her dream.
Rebecca dedicated her award to all her fellow business owners in the room for having the courage to open their own business.
Tension built as the biggest award of the night drew closer - the Australian Clinic of the Year (five treatment rooms or more).
The room erupted for the two Parkes women and their team as La Bella Medispa was announced as the 2019 winner.
Reports have it there wasn't a dry eye in the house as Rebecca told her story of her recent head shave in support of Connie Johnson and Can Assist.
Rebecca called on Samuel Johnson from the Love Your Sister Foundation as she shared her story of the $25,000 raised.
Bec had set out with the goal of raising $20,000 for the charities, and was blown away by the support that saw her smash that target.
Samuel ran up on stage to thank and cuddle her for the amazing effort.
Rebecca and Jess' mission was to treat 100,000 women by 2021 - a mission they've already achieved.
La Bella Medispa is famous for its customer experience, bringing world class products, services and elite beauty professionals to rural and regional women.
"We are extremely grateful for every woman who walks through our doors and supports our business," Jess said.
