The 2020 Festival will be held from Wednesday, June 8, 2020 until Sunday, January 12, 2020.
Three hundred intended visitors have already applied for accommodation through Ray White Parkes Official Home hosting for the festival.
What does this mean?
"Put simply, it means accommodation options are needed in a big way," Elvis Festival Home Hosting manager Gail Richardson said.
Single rooms, double rooms, queen rooms and whole houses are in big demand.
"This coming festival will be massive, and we are already sitting at 300 people needing accommodation and that list is growing every day," Ms Richardson said.
"So we are once again putting the call out to the community.
"If you would like to host, please register with Ray White Parkes Official Home hosting for Parkes Elvis Festival," Ms Richardson said.
