Wednesday, October 30 under 70s Annette Tisdell defeated Patricia Markey 27/ 4 Annette will go on to play Jenny Curry on Wednesday, November 6 and the Marker will be Jan Waugh. The Veterans final also played on Wednesday between Jan Waugh and Noella Girot Jan was the winner 25/10, congratulations Jan.

Weekend pennants team will travel to Belmont to play in the State playoffs on Saturday, November 2 and Sunday, November 3 team includes Jan Waugh, Allysa Cunningham, Lyndy Cannon, Leisa Burton and Loris Stewart, we wish them well.
Last Wednesday five teams from Forbes travelled to Parkes town Bowling Club for their Gala Pink day for Cancer Research, everyone wore something pink they all looked marvelous, bowls were followed by a lovely lunch as always then the Auction $1,000 was raised on the day, well done ladies.
Two games of triples was played, Game one: Carmel Murray, Anne Walker and Anne Nixon defeated Pam Stevens, Lynn Elliott and Glenys Ryan. Game two: Colleen Leibich, Cheryl Hodges and Colleen Dean defeated Kay Toohey, I Rene Riley and Alice Allen. Winner of the bowls for the day was Carmel Murray, Anne Walker and Anne Nixon.
Winner of the raffle was Lynn Elliott. November birthdays: Mary Everson November 9, Jan Waugh November 16, and Anne Mackay on the 18th happy birthday to these lovely Ladies.
