The event will see the central business district transformed this Saturday evening, with diners to enjoy local fare and entertainment while raising funds for Ronald McDonald House Orange.
Tickets sold out well in advance, delighting the Forbes Business Chamber team who came up with the idea.
A mix of locals and visitors from around the region have purchased tickets for the event, the first of its kind but certainly one with potential for the future.
Local produce prepared by locals will be the feature of the night, starting with entrees by the Bakehouse, concluding with something sweet from the Pantry and rounding out with Aussie Biscuits to have with your tea or coffee.
Diners will also taste local produce.
"The menu is pretty exciting," Forbes Business Chamber's Fiona Ferguson said.
Under the beautiful tree lights installed through the central business district, the scene is set for a wonderful atmosphere too.
"Diners will be seated in groups of 18 right up Templar Street, with the stage - and dance floor - in the middle," Fiona said.
Major sponsors, the Jelbart family of Jelbart Dawson, say they're delighted to support local families and the local community by supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities.
"Many people in our community have used this service, it's just amazing," Duke said.
They're looking forward to a wonderful evening.
Templar Street will be closed to traffic from 1pm Saturday.
