They visited Mt Panorama and Scenic World on the way and stayed at the Rocks for two nights.
They climbed the Harbour Bridge Pylon, went to Taronga Zoo on a night excursion, took a ferry to Manly for an ice cream, went to Darling Harbour and the Aquarium, Madame Tussaud, the Power House Museum and a walking tour of the Rocks wearing convict outfits.
A choir group in Sydney held a concert to raise money for drought-affected communities. About 35 people visited Eugowra and both schools received a significant amount of money.
The money will go towards erecting a permanent shade for the newly established garden.
The relay team of Macey, Hannah, Ben and Levi competed at Homebush where they finished a creditable fourth - an experience they will always remember.
Principal, Nick Doyle, said it was great to see so many family members attend Grandparents Day. The visitors assisted children with a variety of activities including card-making, tree and vegetable planting and cooking.
