The 9th Rotary Ipomoea Christmas Tree Festival is set to surprise and delight visitors with a new record of 129 confirmed entries by Tuesday afternoon.
Rotary Ipomoea's Sue-anne Nixon said such amazing community spirit has left Rotary members so happy and grateful to the many families, school groups, businesses, churches and community groups that have entered this year.

Mrs Nixon said it is never too late to enter your tree, and to bring it to the Forbes Town Hall anytime after 8am on December 6.
Doors open at 5pm Friday December 6, followed by the official opening with Christmas punch and Christmas cake at 6.30pm.

You can view all of the nativity scenes and Christmas Trees from 9am to 5pm on Saturday, December 7 and from 9am to 3pm on Sunday, December 8.
Entry to view the entries is $5 per adult, with school-aged children free.
