There's an exciting range of food stalls from hot dogs and sausage sizzle through to international options and - for dessert - the Cold Rock ice cream van.

"There's a great variety of entertainment, food and shopping," Mrs Ferguson said. "We have tried to cater for all ages, stages and audiences."
