No two were the same, leaving organisers again amazed by the inspiration that filled the Town Hall and drew hundreds of visitors.
Opening the festival on Friday night, Cr Michelle Herbert congratulated Sue-anne Nixon and the Rotary Ipomoea team of volunteers who made it all happen yet again.
She said it was incredibly special to walk in to the spectacular display.
"I still can't believe how creative people are and just the amazing imaginations that they have," Cr Herbert said. "You just get instant joy looking at the beautiful decorations and trees."
Every school and early childhood centre in the community was represented as well as many local organisations and individuals.
Their trees and nativities were made of every possible material from CDs to succulents, sparkles to dust, paper to timber.
The entries came in from those who feature every year and also from newcomers to the festival. 2020 is the 10th year so it's time to start planning something special for it.
Rotary Ipomoea's Helen Pitt thanked Forbes Shire Council for the venue, everyone who created a tree or nativity and all those visited.
Funds raised by Rotary Ipomoea this year support Aruma's work to transform the site of the former preschool into a community hub for people with a disability.
Community Christmas celebrations continue this week with the down-town Christmas carnival on Friday evening and Carols By Candlelight on Saturday.
