Reverend Crystal has been Parish Priest since early 2017 before being commissioned to her role as Priest-In-Charge of the Parish in December.
Before serving as Reverend for the parish of Forbes, she served as Vicar of the Parish of Parkes.
Reverend Crystal said she had the three of the best years serving in her role for Forbes and Cumnock and the community of St John's has just blossomed.
Reverend Crystal said since she started at Forbes, the community has gone from strength to strength with community projects such as last year's dinner for farmers and the opening of Nell's Pantry
Sadly, a recurring injury has led to her stepping back from the role.
Reverend Crystal along with her husband Reverend Ron Spindler, the minister of Parkes Anglican Church, will be moving back to a family home in Toowoomba at the beginning of February.
The Reverends have also worked in the parishes of Barellan, Weethalle, Ariah Park/Ardlethan and Parkes.
The congregation of St John's Anglican Parish of Forbes will be led in the interim period by the locum minister - Reverend Noel Clark.
Reverend Spindler said there will be wardens overseeing the parish during the interim with parish members Rex Toole, Gwenn Barnard, Ivan Morrison along with pastoral care carried on with Joy Brown.
