POLICE are calling for information from the public following the theft of diesel fuel from a property near Forbes.

Officers attached to the Central West Police District are investigating the theft of 1500 litres of fuel from a storage tank on a rural property on Noakes Road at Bedgerabong, west of Forbes.
The theft occurred some time between January 10 and 22 this year.

The fuel was drained directly from the tank.
Police have urged anyone with any information about this theft, or if you saw anyone acting suspiciously in this area, to contact Forbes Police Station on 6853 9999 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
