Craig Hamilton and George Dent, media identities and authors, will share their experiences at this now annual event in the two communities.
"The concept behind the Grease and Oil Change Workshops is to create and keep conversations going about our health in general," one of the organisers, Cherie Stitt, said.
"By being open about our mental health - both the wins and the struggles - we are forming a team of supporters around us.
"The events are simple in nature - we are inviting people to listen to the stories of Georgie Dent and Craig Hamilton, both of whom have experienced times of mental ill health.
"They are living examples of those having experienced challenging times, and they are continuing to develop skills to move through hardship.
"It's clear that there is no 'quick fix' when it comes to poor mental health...but there is hope and there are people exactly like you and me who know what it feels like.
"They are the people that continue to give me hope."
Co-organiser Melissa Brown reiterates that the event is open to all, not just rural residents.
Of course, Grease and Oil Change could hardly be called a rural gathering if there wasn't amazing food and a cuppa.
"We are so happy to have Lakeside and Kellie Ellison's beautiful food for sustenance at the Forbes event, while The Butcher's Brew is providing a delicious morning tea at Trundle," Cherie said.
