The side's semi-final against Dubbo Blue, scheduled for the Forbes ground last weekend, was washed out and Forbes progresses to the grand final.
The young side has set themselves up well for this throughout a strong season, meeting all challengers in their journey to the finals.
Forbes has claimed top spot in the southern part of the district, and Dubbo White in the northern.
They've also won the right to host the final match - with the most points in for-and-against throughout the season, coach Jeff Nicholson said.
Forbes' 12s most recent games were T20 matches at Cowra, against Cowra and West Wyalong, and they enjoyed two good successes.
Sunday's grand final game is scheduled to start at 10am at Grinsted, if the field is rain-affected it will be moved to Botanical Gardens.
Congratulations to the Forbes side minor premiers.
They all should be very proud of their achievements and best of luck for this Sunday.
In other junior cricket news, Forbes will also be the venue for the probables and possibles Lachlan Cricket Team for Under 12s and 14s.
This is to be played on Sunday February 23 at Grinsted and South Circle.
Last weekend's under 14s representative game, previewed in last Friday's Advocate, was also washed out in Cowra.
