Rotary Ipomoea President Therese Newell said they are delighted to support Aruma and help them with their community hub.
The grant distributed by Forbes Rotary Ipomoea was donated by ANZ after the Forbes branch closed.
Aruma Area Manager for Western NSW Leanne Allegri said they would like to thank Rotary Ipomoea for their donation and for working with them for the last couple years at the hub.
Along with thanking Forbes Rotary Ipomoea for their continued support, Ms Allegri said they would like to thank Engadine Rotary for their help and ANZ for donating the money.
Ms Allegri said it's taken the last three years to get the premises at Abbot Street up to its current standards and they wanted to create a space that was nicer and provided better opportunities than their old premises.
Aruma moved into their new facilities in January, supporting some 40 adults and six children with a disability in the Forbes area.
"We're just so excited this has come to fruition and we can continue to support Aruma," Rotary Ipomoea's Helen Pitt said.
