Yoorana Gunya Family Healing Centre hosted community members for a half day that took a holistic view of health, from sharing a healthy lunch to making stress balls as well as sharing information and stories.
Taylor Bliss said organisers were really happy with the response to the event.
Under the big tree in the Yoorana Gunya courtyard, women heard from the team of professionals and also found a safe space to connect and share their own stories.
"We need to overcome the stigma of mental health," Ms Bliss said - and the event was a good step along that journey.
The group enjoyed a mindfulness session with Cherie from The Back Room Workshop.
There were games and activities, and Ms Bliss thanked local businesses who were very generous in their support of the event, donating items for prizes.
"We were overwhelmed by the donations," she said.
Each lady also went home with a gift bag that included information on the services that are available.
You can speak with your GP about mental health concerns, Lifeline is always available on 13 11 14 and in an emergency always phone Triple Zero (000).
