The exhibition is a 50 over match which is set to begin at 10am at Grinsted Oval or South Circle Oval, depending on the condition of the pitch.
Event organiser, Ross Williams, said they wanted to reschedule the exhibition match due to the amount of interest in the event.
The Grinsted Cup exhibition match will feature players from across the region who are divided into the Eastern and Western Teams
Teams from Forbes, Parkes, Condobolin, West Wyalong and Trundle will contribute players to compete within a combined Western Team.
The combined Eastern Team will feature players from Cowra, Grenfell and Molong.
Mr Williams said the exhibition match will also have a proper badge umpire.
A barbecue lunch is available from 1pm to 2pm for those who get hungry during the game.
Mr Williams said they have had some great support and sponsorship from Evolution Mining and Hutcheon and Pearce who will be providing caps for each team.
The exhibition match was originally scheduled to take place on February 9, the day after a centenary dinner which celebrated 100 years of the Grinsted Cup.
The reunion dinner had some 190 guests from almost all of the towns who had fielded a team to challenge for the Cup in its hundred years.
Currently the Grinsted Cup is held by Parkes who have already defended the cup twice this year against Cowra and Young.
Bogan Gate will be sending a team to Parkes on January 24 to make a challenge for the Grinsted Cup.
This is one of the first challenges Bogan Gate has made for the Cup in several years.
Should Bogan Gate claim the Grinsted Cup, they will play against Grenfell on February 7.
West Wyalong will challenge for the cup on Sunday, February 21.
This will be followed by a challenge from Molong on Sunday, February 28.
Forbes will make the last challenge of the 2020/21 season for the Grinsted Cup on Sunday, March 7.
