Tracey Prior, a former club president who can only be described as one of those who's been at the heart of Forbes Rugby Club for many years, is currently having cancer treatment and the blues are rallying to show their support.
Tracey's chosen charity for proceeds from the day is Forbes CanAssist, to help local families who have someone undergoing cancer treatment with their costs.
Senior players will be sporting special fundraiser socks - there'll be more available for purchase on the day - and there's a raffle with a great swathe of prizes available too.
Local businesses and individuals have generously supported the cause and the raffle features loads of prizes and vouchers.
Women's game kicks off at midday, with the other fixtures to follow. First grade traditionally begins at 3.15pm and the raffle will be drawn at the conclusion of that game.
