He arrived at 5:15pm, weighing nine pound one ounce and measuring 53cm.
Charlie is the fifth grandson for Dale and Michelle Grace, Forbes; and the third grandson for Julie Alders of Taralga and Paul Hart of Braidwood.
The family are delighted with the new addition and would like to thank the maternity and theatre team for their care and support.
