Western NSW Local Health District (WNSWLHD) are returning with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) to Forbes this Saturday to deliver second doses of Pfizer.

They will be setting up a clinic in Forbes on Saturday September 18 to Monday September 20. This clinic is only for second doses of Pfizer due to the minimum 21 day interval and will be by invitation only.
People who received their first Pfizer vaccination at the Forbes ADF walk-in clinic on August 28 - 30 will be contacted by WNSWLHD through either text or telephone to confirm their second dose, the location of the clinic and what date and time to attend the clinic.
If people are unable to attend they will need to seek their second dose from an alternative provider. Pfizer doses must be given at least 21 days apart.
People must not attend the clinic if they:
- Are waiting on a COVID-19 test result.
- Are a CONFIRMED close contact of a CONFIRMED positive COVID-19 case.
- Are unwell. Anyone with COVID symptoms should get tested & isolate until they receive a negative test result.
- Have had ANY other vaccination (including flu) in the previous seven days.

People who received AstraZeneca at the Forbes ADF walk-in clinic on August 28 - 30 will also be contacted by the WNSWLHD team with advice on how to receive their second dose of the vaccine, in line with the 4 - 12 week interval.
