The data published by the Federal Government on Monday, with data up to Sunday, also reveals 88.5 per cent of the local population 15 years and over has had their first dose of COVID vaccine.
The local area - along with the State - is progressing solidly towards the NSW Government's targets for lifting some of the restrictions we've been living under during the current Delta outbreak.
While we've had lockdown lifted, other areas are awaiting October 11 when the Premier has announced the first of the changes will come into place based on a 70 per cent vaccination rate.
It's worth noting that while Forbes and Parkes are enjoying many of these changes at the moment, as of October 11 they only apply to fully vaccinated residents.
At 80 per cent, anticipated late October / early November, we'll be able to have more (vaccinated) visitors and community sport can restart.

On Monday, a 90 per cent vaccination rate was also brought into the conversation, as part of what Premier Gladys Berejiklian described as a three-stage opening.
That 90 percent vaccination rate is expected on December 1 - and at that point unvaccinated people will be subject to the same rules as the fully vaccinated.

In Parkes, 60.6 per cent of residents 15 years and over are now fully vaccinated and 86.7 residents have had their first dose of vaccine.
In Orange, 59.5 per cent of the population is fully vaccinated and 93.8 per cent has had a first dose of COVID vaccine.
