As a result of the recent flood event, all equipment including benchtops was removed from site and the pumps were turned off to protect the infrastructure.
Council is hoping to reopen this facility next week once the water quality is filtrated to optimum standards, they have advised in a Facebook post.
The pool was closed to the public at 11am last Monday so the site could be made safe, pool manager Damian Lehnen told the Advocate last week.
Everything from picnic tables to pool covers, lane ropes to dry chemical was removed in case the flood waters did rise through the site.
