Western NSW Local Health District is bringing a pop-up COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Forbes this Thursday, December 9, offering the Pfizer vaccine.
The clinic will be open 9am to 10.30am up at Forbes Community Health in Elgin Street; and is open to anyone 12 year and over needing a first, second, or booster dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
No bookings are needed, but 12 to 15-year-olds do need to come with a parent, guardian or nominated carer.
You need to bring ID and your Medicare card if available; and if you are seeking a booster dose, please bring evidence of your previous doses.
Please do not attend if you are: unwell; a confirmed close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case; or waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test (unless you are symptom-free and sought a surveillance test only).
If you can't get to a clinic due to mobility or accessibility, please phone 1800 684 423 and leave a message with your name, contact number and the town where the clinic is being held.
