The day could not have gone any better with locals and guests from NSW wide attending with quite a substantial amount raised on the day.
A special thank you to club members and guests who attended for their generosity, to the backing band that played on the day, the artists who performed, our committee members and volunteers for their assistance.
To Ann Nicholson the Calarie Hall Committee, and a special thank you and mention to local Billy Spence and his business Forbes Central Butchery who we purchased meat from for the barbecue - everyone who attended said the meat was amazing.
Winners of the raffles on the day were: ham raffle Jan Shaw; wine and Christmas pudding, Lyn Eccleston; and donated CD from artist Jan Hurst from Country Keys and Strings, Pam McDermott.
Forbes Country Music Club is looking forward to 2022, with the first muster in the calendar for Sunday, February 13.
Musters will be at Club Forbes starting from 1pm.
