Rotary Ipomoea is hosting its first photography competition - for a cause, of course - and this is the perfect opportunity for locals to showcase that photo that makes you look twice.
Anyone can enter their photos. They can be printed off on a home computer. Rotarians ask that photos not be framed, just mounted onto cardboard for easy display.
