A 21-year-old Provisional P2 Licence holder has been convicted for drink driving, using a mobile phone while driving, failing to display p-plates and failing to give way to a vehicle.

Nicholas Matthew Guise-Healey pleaded guilty before Forbes Local Court to the offences which occurred on the evening of March 29 in Lower Bathurst Street.
He was fined $800, disqualified from driving for three months and placed on a 12 month Mandatory Interlock Program for driving with a concentration of alcohol present in his breath.
Guise-Healey was fined another $400 for failing to give way to a police vehicle and $300 for using a hand-held device whilst driving.
