A police spokesperson said the driver was reversing out of a parking space and struck the two pedestrians.
They were taken to Forbes Hospital with grazing and soreness, and one of the ladies was then flown on to Orange Hospital.
Police are investigating the incident.
Another driver has been issued with an infringement for negligent driving after mounting the kerb in Lachlan Street.
Police said the 43-year-old female was coming off a roundabout about 3.30pm when the incident occurred.
Following up on a matter reported in Tuesday’s Advocate, the Central West Police District is calling for anyone with information about the deaths of 44 sheep in the Eugowra district.
On Monday August 13, the owner of a property on Nangar Road, Eugowra, reported two rams had been found dead in a paddock.
On Saturday August 18), the owner of a property on Nobles Road, Eugowra, reported 42 sheep had been found dead and six injured in a paddock.
Officers from Central West Police District and Cabonne Shire Council attended both incidents and have commenced inquiries.
The sheep had suffered significant injuries and police believe they may have been attacked by another animal.

Police are also calling for anyone with information about the Forbes Ambulance Station fires of 2001, or house fires that occurred in Parkesborough Road Parkes this year, to contact detectives.
They believe there is a link between the fires and have reopened the investigation into the fires that destroyed the Forbes Ambulance Station, a ambulance vehicle and an officer’s home.
In Parkes, the driver of a semi trailer attempted to perform a u-turn around the roundabout at the intersection of Clarinda and Bushman Streets at 4.40am on Thursday morning.
Reports indicate the driver knocked over bollards on the roundabout, damaged brickwork and street signs while trying to maneuver the truck around the intersection.
