Results of the Forbes Sporting Shooters Association of Australia (S.S.A.A) .22 calibre rimfire rifle shoot held on Sunday, November 17.
The weather was cool with changing winds from the south to 15kph and a temperature of 27 degrees.
This shoot was a .22 target shoot held over 25 metres with a maximum score of 250 points, using a .22 calibre rimfire rifle fitted with a scope, a 50 metre Fox target shoot with a maximum score of 250 points, and the 75 metre Mosquito target shoot with maximum score of 120 points.
The range officers were; Brian Neilsen and Norm Brook.
The scorer was; John Dean and Barbara Brook.

The next .22 calibre and other rimfire rifle (.22 magnum or .17HMR) will be held on Sunday, December 1 starting at 10am.
The next Wednesday shoot will be held on December 4 starting at 3pm. All target shooters are welcome to attend.
Any person wishing to try rifle or shotgun shooting can take part after filling out a P650 form at the club.
Junior shooters must be 12 years or over.

The next shoot for the Forbes S.S.A.A. sporting clay's will be their Christmas shoot to be held Sunday, December 8. This will be a 75 target non graded five stand shoot starting at 1pm.

Any Person wishing to obtain a long arm firearm licence can contact Wayne Facey, Norm Brook or Tony Bratton to do a firearm safe shooting assessment course which is a requirement for a firearm licence application.
The Forbes S.S.A.A. range is located on Dr. Young Drive, off the Bedgerebong Road.
