GALLERY: Travel photo competition

With the holiday season well underway the Forbes Advocate is on the look-out for your best travel photos.

Thanks to the people from Lonely Planet, we have two prize packs to give away (winner and runner-up) featuring a range of travel accessories, recently released by the travel guide publishers.

All you have to do is send in your best travel photo/s with a description of when and where it was taken, and our expert judges (the crew from Hello World Forbes) will select a winner and a runner-up.

The photo can be taken around the corner or anywhere around the world and can be a beautiful landscape, show you enjoying your break or something else entirely.

We will publish some of the best entries in the next month, both in our print edition and online (www.forbesadvocate.com.au).

Entries must be received by Friday, January 30 to be in the running.

You can enter by dropping in a print to the Advocate office, by email (see entry coupon) or by posting your image on our facebook page (bearing in mind that the judges will be looking for a high quality image!).

The winner will receive a prize pack containing a Lonely Planet travel pillow, a pair of luggage locks, a passport wallet, packing cubes and a travel towel.

The runner-up will receive an Australian / NZ power adaptor, an eyemask with earplugs and a toiletry bag.
