The new concept bakery at Bernardi’s Marketplace is bigger and better than ever, newly renovated with a broader range of baked goods.
Bakery staff Pam and Bruce have undertaken specialist training to bring you more products and only the best quality.
They’re baking seven days a week so you’ll always be getting the freshest tasting product on the market.
Bernardi’s Marketplace believe Forbes residents deserve the same range as their city counterparts.
They are now offering a breads of the world range including ciabatta, rye breads, tomato bread, artisan baguette, curry onion, sour dough cobbs, pesto and cheese scrolls and kaiser rolls.
Their new range of fresh cakes baked on site also include tea cakes, cream buns and iced slab cakes.
“Customers are looking for a larger range of fresh food and our offering is growing with the market and new demands,” Joe Bernardi said.
