Under bright clear skies, the 30 plus crowd gathered for tea and cake on Monday at Corinella Public School, which closed at the end of last year.
The community rallied $359 for the Biggest Morning Tea promotion which supports the Cancer Council.
Organisers of the event said the fundraiser was a wonderful catch for those who attended from both Corinella and Forbes.
Organisers wished to thank Margaret McDonald and Louise French for their help in putting the event on.
