Local trainer Peter Moore is offering a first aid course in Forbes under Royal Life Saving Australia.

The course trains you to recognise basic signs and symptoms of various illnesses and injury and provide appropriate treatment or assistance.
Mr Moore said he last ran a first aid course in Forbes more than 18 months ago and to his knowledge, there hasn’t been one offered locally since then.
He has had years of experience training others, including working with local schools to train teachers
There is self-paced online learning to be completed before a face-to-face four-hour practical assessment.
That will be run on Sunday March 12 from 9am to 1pm. The face-to-face session includes practical application of resuscitation and other practical scenarios that require kneeling.
