Teacher Megan Roylance also invited Nathan Steele from Steele Technology in Forbes to capture a shot of the students forming a 'peace' symbol on the schools oval and students discussed Harmony Day.
“It is important that the students know the meaning behind these significant days that we celebrate in our school school,” Mrs Roylance said.
“The students loved joining with their buddy classes and talking about what it means to be inclusive and create a sense of belonging in our school - every day not just on Harmony Day.
“I would also like to thank Mr Steele for taking the time out of his very busy schedule to produce the great aerial shot of the peace sign - the students were captivated by the event and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.”
Harmony Day, March 21, is a day to celebrate Australian multiculturalism.
