Ted Torres Martin, a multi-talented American actor/singer/songwriter/musician, will have the honour of being the international feature artist for the 27^th annual Parkes Elvis Festival.

Despite extensive touring the world over, this is the Elvis Tribute Artist’s first visit to Australia.

Parkes Elvis Festival Director Cathy Treasure said the Festival is thrilled to have been able to secure yet another high calibre international act and bring them to Australia for the first time.

“Ted is a talented and dynamic performer, and one who is sure to get the Parkes Elvis Festival crowd All Shook Up!” she said.

“We encourage locals to take the opportunity to experience this international act while he is in your hometown.”

Ted’s accolades as an Elvis Tribute Artist include 2016 “Images Of The King” World Champion, 2016 1st place “Images Of The King Champion” and 1st place “Fan Favourite” in Las Vegas.

Ted announced the gig to his fans on his Facebook page late last month

“Ok friends... Here's my big show announcement and I am very excited about this! I will be headlining "The 2019 Parkes Elvis Festival" in Australia which is one of the biggest Elvis festivals in the world! I am very honored and looking very forward to entertaining all of the wonderful Elvis fans in Australia in 2019! Thank you all for the support!” the post read. 

The Parkes Elvis Festival will be held from January 9 – 13, 2109. 

The theme of the 2019 festival is All Shook Up. 

Tickets will be on sale from September 10.
