During this time they have gathered funds, which are used to provide for prizes, luncheons and Christmas parties. Recently the group decided to donate to the Forbes Golf Club Mens competition, providing sponsorship for three of the events on the 2018/19 calendar. These events are - the April 18-hole Par, July 4BBB Stableford Multiplier and the January 18-hole Stableford.
At a recent start of play, the group leader Geoff Coles, on behalf of the Tuesday Golfers, presented the money to Club Captain Steve Grallelis. Steven acknowledged the support from the group to the Golf Club, wholeheartedly endorsed their friendly style of play, and vowed to join them very soon.
