The Geagles league tag team wore pink jumpers for Breast Cancer Awareness Day and had a runaway win over the Canowindra girls.
Scoring began in the seventh minute when Kimeaka Bermingham made a clean break and crossed the line then converted her own try, 6-0 to Eugowra.
Tries to Casey Jones in the 12th minute and Mikala Mongan in 26th minutes both converted by Kimeaka Bermingham saw the Eugowra Geagles with a 24-0 lead at half time.
Abbie Howell only took one minute into the second half to cross the line for Eugowra again and Kimmy booted another goal, 30-0.
Some strong defence from the Geagles saw the Canowindra girls making some errors and Eugowra made the most of this with Fiona Barber and Brooke Cusak both scoring tries.
Kimeaka converted the first one but missed the second conversion giving Eugowra a 40-0 lead halfway through the second half.
Mikaylah Dukes scored in the 15th and 21st minutes with Kimeaka only converting one of these tries giving the Geagles a well earned 50-0 win over the Canowindra girls.
In the first grade match up the Eugowra boys wore retro jumpers from the 80s and a dour tussle between the local rivals began.
Canowindra broke through in the 20th minute with a try to Brenton Clements which was converted by Matt McLean to give them a 6-0 lead and after another torrid 15 minutes of football Eugowra hit back with a converted try and it was locked up at six all at half time.
The Eagles scored six minutes into the second half with a great effort from Toby Tanks but the conversion was waved away giving the Eugowra boys a 10-6 lead.
The teams were evenly matched with both sides putting in big efforts.
Canowindra scored twice through Jayden Brown but missed with one of the conversions giving them the lead 16-10.
A penalty in front of the posts and Canowindra skipped out to an eight points lead from the boot of Matt McLean.
The final ten minutes saw the crowd on their feet as Mitch Hutchings crossed the line in the corner twice for Eugowra the last time with only a minute to play unfortunately he was not successful with either of the wide conversions and the final score finished at 18 all.
This weekend the Eagles travel to Burrangong to meet the Bears.
