Woolworths has announced it will donate all profits from fresh food sales this Saturday to support drought-affected farmers.

The funds will be donated to Rural Aid’s Buy a Bale appeal.

Woolworths Forbes has committed to supporting the local community through a donation of a major item for the Farm Rescue fundraiser auction tonight.

They are also asking for the community’s help to fill two trolleys full of non perishable items to donate to local farmers in need.

Woolworths Forbes Store Manager, Noel Reardon said they are doing this to help support the local community and the more they can get, the better.
