Baby Chester was born 29 April 2018 in Kamloops.
Chester is a brother to Archie and Giselle.
Chester is the seventh grandchild for Neil and Fran Higgins of Forbes and the third grandchild for Ong Boon Hock and Siow Yuen Lan of Kuala Lumpur.
The delighted family and grandparents are pictured visiting together.
