It’s coming up fast and organisers from Rotary Ipomoea are hoping the Town hall will once again be transformed into a Christmas wonderland for the weekend.
Families, community and school groups are encouraged to make or decorate a tree or nativity for the display.
Your imagination is the only limit and entries always astound both organisers and visitors.
Rotary Ipomoea members have a saying connected with tree assembly, “Big or small we love them all.”
Just a few of last year’s 120 creations to mention included suitcases, horseshoes and x-rays. No two are the same, but all display the love and joy of Christmas.
Entry costs $5 and your creations need to be brought to the Town Hall from 8am on Friday November 30.
The Festival is open to the public from 6.30pm that night.
If you can’t get down there on the night, it’s open 9am -5pm Saturday December 1 and 9am to 3pm Sunday December 2.
Come along with your family members and see the trees and make your vote for your favourite entries.
Primary aged children are free to enter and adults are only $2 to come along and see all trees great and small.
Please make an entry, and come along to see the Town Hall decorated to start the Christmas season.
For more information or to book in your entry please phone Rotary Ipomoea on 0427201445 or 68515197.
