Bikes will roar into action this weekend at the Forbes Auto Sports Club track as the club hosts a Dirt Track Double Header event.

Riders are expected from all over the state to converge on the track on Saturday February 16 and Sunday February 17 for two days of fast and furious racing action.
Gates open at 6am on Saturday morning with all of the action on the track beginning 9:30am for keen spectators.
The program is set to remain the same for Sunday.
The Auto Sports Club are also running the inaugural John Edwards Memorial Race with $1000 up for grabs in this race. There are great trophies in all other classes.
Auto Sports Club spokesperson Jennifer Horan said they have plenty of local racers in action to come out and watch including multiple title holder and Sportsperson of the Year Tom Drane as well as many other top class local and away racers.
Full canteen facilities will be available at the track on both days.
Ms Horan said spectators are more than welcome with grandstands available for great viewing.
