The final total raised for the Biggest Morning Tea in Eugowra was $4,012.10, which is a massive effort from such a small community.

The generosity of people from this community never ceases to amaze. The donations to this cause, the Cancer Council of NSW, is not just from the money received but all the donations of cakes, slices, sandwiches, scones, tea, coffee, juices, prizes for raffles, time spent selling tickets, time preparing all those morning teas and delivering them and the huge effort the hostess goes to in preparation for the event.

A very BIG thank you to everyone. There is no doubt that all this can be attributed to the fact that it is a community event and we hope this will continue into the future.

Cancer Council NSW reports that 1 in 2 will be diagnosed by the age of 85 with cancer.

Every dollar raised through Australia's Biggest Morning Tea helps fund Cancer Council life saving research, prevention, support programs and information.
