There was singing, dancing, games and rides, foodie options and late-night shopping.
The first 10 winners in the 2019 Find It In Amazing Forbes Christmas promotion were drawn.
Each has won $500 in Why Leave Town gift cards to be spent at participating businesses.
The promotion continues through to the morning of Christmas Eve and there are plenty more opportunities to win.
$15,000 will be shared amongst winners on December 24.
Shop at participating businesses before 10.30am next Tuesday, collect and fill out your tickets and pop them straight into the entry boxes.
Winners will be drawn from the cement mixer, in keeping with local tradition, in the CBD.
The truck will be parked near Rankin Street in the CBD from 11am and everyone is encouraged to come down town for the draw.
